VANCOUVER: NOTHING WILL RAIN ON THIS FLYING GIRL'S PARADE: With the snow-dusted North Shore mountains as a backdrop, Angel Winterlik, 6, goes airborne between rain showers at Kits Beach, aiming for a soft landing in her dad Jim's arms. The weather is expected to be a bit better today with some sunny breaks.
